Biography
Romaric began his career in private equity at CNP Assurances, then in mergers and acquisitions at Kepler Cheuvreux, where he advised on strategic and financial transactions ranging from €20m to €100m, in France and internationally.
A specialist in small and mid cap deals in France and internationally, Romaric led teams of financial analysts, ensuring the quality of marketing materials and analyses, the full and accurate information of counterparties, the management of the process and adherence to the timetable.
Romaric holds a degree from Université Paris-Dauphine.
