Biography
Mewen began his career at Deloitte in mergers and acquisitions, before spending close to five years as Engagement Manager at Entreprise & Décisions.
As head of the sale and financing practice, he advised several dozen owner-managers on their corporate finance transactions. A specialist in small and mid cap deals in France and internationally, Mewen led teams of financial analysts, ensuring the quality of marketing materials and analyses, the full and accurate information of counterparties, the management of the process and adherence to the timetable.
Mewen holds degrees from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (Paris) and Baruch College (New York).
