Biography
Dylan began his career in operational and financial performance management at Vinci and Société Générale, then advised owner-managers of SMEs and mid-market companies on M&A transactions at the investment bank Oaklins, before joining WE Partners to help raise a €150m growth capital and LBO vehicle backing growing companies across Europe.
Dylan oversees the execution of sales, fundraisings and capital reorganisations in France and internationally. Drawing on proven expertise in the SME and mid-market segment, he structures and runs the entire process to secure its efficiency and the best possible outcome.
Dylan holds degrees from EM Lyon and IÉSEG (Paris).
