Matéo Raguenault
Advises owner-managers of SMEs and mid-market companies on their corporate finance transactions.
Matéo began his career in consulting and project management within large groups and consulting firms, notably at AXA, GSK and Oresys, working on operational performance, process design and financial reporting.
He also gained early entrepreneurial experience, supporting a growing company on its financial structuring and the preparation of a fundraising. He joined Capitalis Intelligence as an M&A Associate, advising owner-managers of SMEs and mid-market companies on corporate finance transactions, including company sales, fundraisings and succession deals.
Matéo holds a Master in Management from IÉSEG School of Management, with a specialisation in management and finance.
