Biography
An engineer by training, with degrees from ESTP and ESSEC, Jérôme Giraud has more than 35 years of leadership experience within large groups and mid-market companies.
He has led numerous LBO, build-up and sale transactions, in France and internationally, alongside private equity funds as well as industrial players, across technology, defence, aerospace and emerging technologies.
After Arthur Andersen, Airbus and SFR, he supported the growth of Fullsix through to its sale to Havas. He then led Nexeya and drove its development through to its sale to Hensoldt, a global leader in defence and security electronics.
