Frédéric Lassale is a partner and Board member of Visconti Partners. An engineer by training, he has over 30 years of experience, including 18 years leading SMEs and mid-market companies in France and internationally.
Former CEO of TPF Group’s French subsidiaries and a member of the group’s Executive Committee, he led numerous growth and M&A transactions, created subsidiaries and drove international development. A serial entrepreneur and business angel, he has founded and invested in several innovative companies.
He now works alongside owner-managers, executive committees and boards of start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and mid-market companies on strategic transformation, growth and governance.
